Today (day 63) we took an amazing home cooking class here in Hanoi. First we learned some basic phrases in Vietnamese. Then we cycled to the market and had to buy the ingredients and bargain with the sellers! We then had a fun cooking lesson and ate the food we made! Enjoy! • Beautiful sunrise on Ly Son Island! The town is peaceful with fresh air and stunning views. Hire a scooter (150k Vietnam dong/day) and ride around the paved road up to the top of the mountain to explore everything!

  • Wowow!! That looks soooo delicious. We learned two new tricks (egg yolk and less water for the rice paper). Come back to the farm soon and often because we want to go to Vietnam!!

P.S. Bob says it was so cute how all of those "live pigs" were sound asleep during their bike ride.
