  • CONGRATULATIONS James and Phil – your efforts contributed to the popularity of football in the Philippines. Football is really the sports suitable for Filipinos rather than Basketball which is really for taller and bigger players and the this was very evident when the Philippines played Iran in the FIBA Asian Basketball championships and the taller Iranians just outplayed the Filipinos and thrashed the Pinoy team 85-71. I am dreading the World Basketball Championship in Spain next year.
