Apple now stops signing iOS 10.3.1 which clearly means that, you can no longer downgrade back to iOS 10.3.1 or save Shsh2 blobs of this firmware. Currently, the iOS 10.3.2 is the latest iOS version for the iPhone, iPad & iPod touch. But Apple has also released the iOS 11 beta to developers.
