A week ago, Apple released iOS 10.1 with the new portrait mode that unlocks the bokeh effect on the iPhone 7 Plus. Today Apple has released the iOS 10.1.1 for all the devices. But there was a bug which we slowly realized.

It’s missing health data for those who upgraded to the latest iteration of iOS 10. Apple has released a new version of the mobile operating system and it’s meant to address those bugs, in iOS 10.1.1. The iOS 10.1.1 update is available now for everyone. You can update over the air or simply update using iTunes.

Fix: If you are not seeing iOS 10.1.1 OTA

Myself, I wasn’t getting the iOS 10.1.1 update OTA. I tried several times and still i didn’t see any update notification. I rebooted my iPhone 7 Plus still it didn’t work. Then I went to settings > General > Reset all settings. Then after the restart, i got the OTA update. You can try this to fix the issue if you are not getting updates.

It’s available as an over-the-air (OTA) update for all iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models that are already compatible with iOS 10.
