The new repair program will officially begin on Friday, February 20, and will provide free-of-charge repairs for affected MacBook Pro units suffering from unexpected system restarts, distorted video or no video at all. If a system is indeed plagued by these issues, the owner can take it to either an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider in the United States or Canada to get it fixed.

These MacBook Pro systems were sold between February 2011 and December 2013. Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will repair affected MacBook Pro systems, free of charge.
