Warning: we are noticing that after installing iOS 8.0.1, our iPhones are showing ‘no service’ and Touch ID no longer works. We’ve confirmed this with several readers as well, so until we know more, we recommend holding off on the update.
In case if you have already aceidently updated to ios 8.0.1 then you can still downgrade your device to ios 8.0. Checkout iAppleStuffs blog, we have posted an article on how to downgrade back to ios 8.0.
IOS 8.0.1 wont be jail breakable also. So jailbreak lovers and everyone avoid updating to ios 8.0.1.

Here is your full 8.0.1 change log:

Better support of Ask To Buy for Family Sharing for In-App Purchases
Fixes an issue where ringtones were sometimes not restored from iCloud backups
Fixes a bug that prevented uploading photos and videos from Safari
Still its not worth updating to ios 8.0.1 So my recommendation to you all is to avoid updating to ios 8.0.1 wait for the next release.
